Our Story
Our founder began making his own mead as a hobby after he found out that some “meade” available is not true mead. With his creative spark and flair for flavor he began to create his very own mead from the finest honey and ingredients available. After taking time to hone his craft, Beeserker Mead became available to mead enthusiasts around central Kentucky and beyond, who are looking for something completely unique, totally delicious, and locally made.

About
Beeserker Meadery is a small farm mead production facility in Paris, Kentucky.
Beeserker Meadery opened in March 2025 and began producing mead from only the finest ingredients, including filtered water, honey from a network of Veteran honey farmers, and natural yeast, herbs, fruits, spices, and other natural flavorings. Our master meadmaker, Zack, has a passion for concocting unique flavor profiles and using ancient recipes as well as creating new ones. In addition to crafting the finest mead in the state, Zack also enjoys researching viking folklore and mythology as inspiration to name his delicious mead flavors.
